This Privacy Policy explains how Hantoor ("Hantoor", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Hantoor mobile application and related services (the "App"). Hantoor is a car rental marketplace that connects users who wish to rent a vehicle ("Renters", "you") with independent rental entities — private individuals or agencies — that list vehicles on the App ("Providers"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Account and profile information — your name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted), and optional profile photo.
Identity and driving documents — your national ID and driving license details or images, used to verify your eligibility to rent.
Location — with your permission, your device location to show nearby Providers and vehicles and improve search results.
Usage and device data — analytics, crash reports, and device information collected via Firebase to help us fix problems and improve the App.
Booking information — the vehicle, Provider, rental dates, insurance tier, pickup branch, and price for each booking you make.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account and verify your eligibility to rent.
Enable and process bookings between you and Providers.
Share the booking and contact details a Provider needs to fulfil your rental.
Provide support, maintain security, analyse usage, and improve our services.
Send you service-related notifications such as booking status and account updates.
Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

With Providers — when you book, we share the information the Provider needs to fulfil the rental, such as your name, contact, and booking details.
With service providers — trusted third parties such as Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting) and our hosting providers, who process data on our behalf.
For legal reasons — where required by law, court order, or a competent authority in the Syrian Arab Republic, or to protect our rights and users.

5. Marketplace Disclaimer

Hantoor acts solely as a marketplace that connects Renters and Providers. The rental contract is concluded directly between you and the Provider. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for how Providers handle your personal information once it is shared with them for a booking.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information — you can update most profile data in the App.
Delete your account and associated personal data.
Withdraw consent for optional processing, such as location, via your device settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Google Firebase) may process data on servers located outside the Syrian Arab Republic. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information remains protected in line with this Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and any dispute arising from it is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Syrian Arab Republic.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام حنتور ("حنتور"، "نحن") بجمع معلوماتك الشخصية واستخدامها ومشاركتها وحمايتها عند استخدامك تطبيق حنتور والخدمات المرتبطة به ("التطبيق"). حنتور هو منصة لتأجير السيارات تربط المستخدمين الراغبين في استئجار مركبة ("المستأجرون"، "أنت") بجهات تأجير مستقلة — أفراد أو وكالات — تعرض مركباتها على التطبيق ("مزوّدو الخدمة"). بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك التطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق، فيُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. المعلومات التي نجمعها

نجمع الفئات التالية من المعلومات الشخصية:

معلومات الحساب والملف الشخصي — اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة) وصورة الملف الشخصي الاختيارية.
وثائق الهوية والقيادة — بيانات أو صور هويتك الوطنية ورخصة قيادتك، للتحقق من أهليتك للاستئجار.
الموقع — بإذنك، موقع جهازك لعرض المزوّدين والمركبات القريبة وتحسين نتائج البحث.
بيانات الاستخدام والجهاز — التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال ومعلومات الجهاز التي تُجمع عبر Firebase لمساعدتنا على إصلاح المشكلات وتحسين التطبيق.
معلومات الحجز — المركبة والمزوّد وتواريخ الإيجار وفئة التأمين وفرع الاستلام والسعر لكل حجز تجريه.

3. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم معلوماتك من أجل:

إنشاء حسابك وإدارته والتحقق من أهليتك للاستئجار.
تمكين الحجوزات بينك وبين المزوّدين ومعالجتها.
مشاركة تفاصيل الحجز والتواصل التي يحتاجها المزوّد لإتمام إيجارك.
تقديم الدعم والحفاظ على الأمان وتحليل الاستخدام وتحسين خدماتنا.
إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بالخدمة مثل حالة الحجز وتحديثات الحساب.
الامتثال للقوانين والالتزامات القانونية المعمول بها.

4. كيف نشارك معلوماتك

نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. ونشاركها فقط على النحو التالي:

مع المزوّدين — عند الحجز، نشارك المعلومات التي يحتاجها المزوّد لإتمام الإيجار، مثل اسمك وبيانات التواصل وتفاصيل الحجز.
مع مزوّدي الخدمات — جهات موثوقة مثل Google Firebase (التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال) ومزوّدي الاستضافة، الذين يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا.
لأسباب قانونية — عند طلب القانون أو أمر قضائي أو جهة مختصة في الجمهورية العربية السورية، أو لحماية حقوقنا ومستخدمينا.

5. إخلاء المسؤولية بشأن المنصة

يعمل حنتور بصفته منصة وساطة تربط بين المستأجرين والمزوّدين فقط. ويُبرَم عقد الإيجار مباشرةً بينك وبين المزوّد. ولسنا طرفاً في ذلك العقد، ولسنا مسؤولين عن كيفية تعامل المزوّدين مع معلوماتك الشخصية بعد مشاركتها معهم لأغراض الحجز.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك الشخصية طالما كان حسابك نشطاً أو حسب الحاجة لتقديم خدماتنا والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية وحل النزاعات وإنفاذ اتفاقياتنا. ويمكنك طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت.

7. أمان البيانات

نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية معلوماتك، بما في ذلك التشفير أثناء النقل وضوابط الوصول. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تماماً، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.

8. حقوقك

وفقاً للقانون المعمول به، يحق لك:

الاطلاع على المعلومات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
تصحيح المعلومات غير الدقيقة أو الناقصة — يمكنك تحديث معظم بيانات الملف الشخصي داخل التطبيق.
حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية المرتبطة به.
سحب الموافقة على المعالجة الاختيارية، مثل الموقع، عبر إعدادات جهازك.

9. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مخصص للمستخدمين بعمر 18 عاماً فأكثر. ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من أي شخص دون 18 عاماً. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن قاصراً قدّم لنا معلومات شخصية، فتواصل معنا وسنحذفها.

10. نقل البيانات دولياً

قد يعالج بعض مزوّدي خدماتنا (مثل Google Firebase) البيانات على خوادم خارج الجمهورية العربية السورية. وعند حدوث ذلك، نتخذ خطوات لضمان بقاء معلوماتك محمية بما يتوافق مع هذه السياسة.

11. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر وسنخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق أو بوسائل أخرى. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التغييرات يُعدّ قبولاً بها.

12. القانون الحاكم

تخضع سياسة الخصوصية هذه لقوانين الجمهورية العربية السورية، وأي نزاع ينشأ عنها يخضع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في الجمهورية العربية السورية.
